While cherry angiomas do become more common with age, they can absolutely appear in younger people too. It's not as rare as you might think. I started getting mine in my mid-twenties and my dermatologist said it's within the range of normal, especially if you have family members who also have them. Sometimes hormonal factors or just individual genetics can cause them to appear earlier. That said, if you're concerned or if they're appearing very rapidly, it never hurts to have a dermatologist take a look just to confirm that's what they are and rule out anything else. But most likely, you're just someone who develops them earlier than average, which isn't inherently a problem.
